What Daytona Rising Means for NASCAR?

Daytona is certainly rising into a new era going into 2016 and with much anticipation fans attending the 2016 Daytona 500 will be able to see the new Daytona Rising when it's complete! Daytona is rising but what else is happening to NASCAR's track and what could happen at other tracks in the NASCAR Schedule.
As the green flag falls on the 58th annual Daytona 500 many fans will have already been aquainted with the new Daytona Rising project scheduled to be complete sometime before the Rolex 24 Hours. This is one of the most impressive transitions in a long time. and I really think the fans will like the changes Daytona has made. I went to the Daytona 500 in February this year and am planning on going next year to see how much it has changed. I was impressed in February and am sure to be impressed in 2016. When it comes to Daytona many fans look at it as the Wrigley Field, Churchill Downs, Lambeau of NASCAR and any
driver or fan wants to go to. Its hollowed grounds for NASCAR and always will be.
What this means for NASCAR is that one the stands are looking to be packed for the 2016 Daytona 500 and that's a great way to start NASCAR's 68th Season. This is also helping other tracks make renovations and planning to make renovations. Like Bristol Motor Speedway who is hosting the Biggest Football Game Ever in 2016 will be removing the center scoring pylon and replacing it with a suspended one. As me and Joey Gase have said on social media is that we really have no interest in going under it. Phoenix is also in talks of numerous changes including moving the start finish line to the chicane on the backstretch and doing some updates to the track. This is where a lot of the tracks are taking Daytona's renovations as a way to encourage them to remodel. (Koelle, 2015)
