Build It And They Will Come - What Roush Fenway Racing Can Become

When it comes to Roush Fenway Racing success hasn't been there in the past 2 years but with the new talent they have and the new alliance with Front Row Motorsports in 2016 lots of good things could happen.
The last Roush Fenway Racing Win came from former driver Carl Edwards who won twice in 2014. Once at Bristol and another at Sonoma. In 2013 The last Active driver who is still with Roush currently to win a race was Greg Biffle at Michigan in 2013. Since that win The Biff has failed to win a race and would just make the Chase in 2014 by points. In 2015 The Biff came close to winning a few races even leading the later parts of the Coca-Cola 600 in May. At Talladega in October he had a large lead over the field and would have won had it not had been for that final caution where Biffle ran out of Fuel. With Biffle's Guidance over the 2 rookies in the team I feel that this team could get better and could land at least 2 of their cars in the chase even by points.
You have 2011 Daytona 500 winner Trevor Bayne in the #6 Advocare Ford Fusion who is the only other driver that has a Sprint Cup Victory in his career was not so good in 2015. An average finnish of 25th along with 2 top 10s really needed improvement and I think If Biffle taught Trevor his fuel saving tricks one of these two have a chance of winning a fan favorite fuel mileage race.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr, is getting closer and closer to a victory at Bristol in April. Ricky has finished in the Top 5 the last 2 years at the Food City 500 and with some help from Greg Biffle, who is pretty good at Bristol I think that final puzzle piece could fit and land Ricky in Victory Lane at Thunder Valley. Ricky has proved to be good in the Xfinity Series by winning 2 championships so I think its time for it to come out in the Cup Series.
Now that Chris Buescher has an Xfinity Series Championship under his belt and a few starts in the Sprint Cup Series I think Chris is ready to move onto the next level. That next level just came to Chris in the form of Front Row Motorsports who now will be affiliated with Roush Fenway Racing in 2016. I don't see Front Row going to victory lane in 2016 but I do see some consecutive finishes along with maybe a few Top 5's. I don't know if we will see Roush Fenway Racing have a fourth car anytime soon but I could see Front Row Motorsports become the Wood Brothers in the Roush Fenway Racing Alliance.
Now to the Xfinity Series where there is only two drivers who has not revealed they are leaving Roush Fenway Racing in 2016 which is Darrell Wallace Jr. and the #6 Car and Ryan Reed in the #16 car. With Chris Buescher moving up to the Sprint Cup Series and running a full time schedule I don't see many starts for Chris in the Xfinity Series So it's time for Bubba to take the spotlight and win some races and maybe a championship.
Who will take over for Elliott Sadler and Chris Buescher in 2016? I could see David Ragan returning to Roush Fenway Racing while Regan Smith could debut for Ford in 2016. Just speculation is left in the Roush Fenway Racing Camp for 2016. You
also have Ryan Truex who I believe will take over for Dakoda Armstrong in the Xfinity Ride at Richard Petty Motorsports in 2016. A lot of questions left answer less in 2016 that will hopefully be answered very soon.
With these  Changes I think Roush Fenway Racing could become the Power House it once was (Koelle, 2015)
