Rumors Circulating that Clint Bowyer will be moving to a possible 3rd car from HScott Motorsports with backing from Stewart Haas Racing and move to SHR in 2017 replacing Tony Stewart which would indicate Stewart would be stepping down as driver at SHR and become full time owner.
